How can I incorporate biomimicry into a sustainable design?

I am currently in my second term of the school year and taking a class called Biomimicry. In this class we learn about design inspired by nature and take a look at what could actually be created based on the natural world. In the first part of the class we were mainly trying to be inspired by plants rather than animals and decomposers. To get a deeper understanding of being inspired by plant, we visited a company called Interface. They are trying to create products that are sustainable and also follow the patterns of nature's surfaces. In this presentation you will experience my design that could fix a global issue.

In conclusion biomimicry should be something that modern society needs in order to develop something. This was a very fun project for me to complete and I am really proud of it. The main thing that was really difficult for me was the drawing portion of it. Because I am not very good at drawing it became very tedious and grueling. The only thing I really could do about that was try my best and I feel that I came through on that.
